Tazim is a medical student in the Feinberg Class of 2023. She grew up on Long Island, NY and graduated from Northwestern University in 2018 with a BA in Philosophy. During undergrad, she founded a 501c3 nonprofit, Globe Talk, which focused on matching high school students to meaningful internship and other experiences to help them explore their interests. After graduating, Tazim participated in Wildfire, the summer pre-accelerator program at Northwestern’s Garage. She subsequently worked on developing her startup during her gap year, building relationships with schools, and nonprofits, focusing client acquisition and management and training material development, among other endeavors. She now serves as a Board Director for the organization and seeks to translate her interest and experience in entrepreneurship/ strategy to support healthcare nonprofits.
