Raj graduated as an MD/MBA candidate in Feinberg’s Class of 2018 and went on to work as a manager at Abbott Ventures, which is a venture investment firm that analyzes pitches from medical device entrepreneurs for potential investments and acquisitions. He is originally from Marlboro, NJ, but came to the Midwest when he graduated from Northwestern University in 2012 with a BA in Biology. While doing 3rd year clinical clerkships, Raj became interested in how much costs and insurance dictate treatments and outcomes for patients. This led him to attend Kellogg and complete a 1-year MBA with a major in finance and completion of the health enterprise management and entrepreneurship pathways. Outside of school, Raj is a former professional ping pong player and you can find him playing any sport imaginable.
