Alexandra Richards

Alex is an MD/MPH candidate in the Feinberg School of Medicine Class of 2024. She received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University in 2020, where she also minored in Spanish. While in undergrad, Alex was a member of Lambda Strategy’s pilot consulting team, where both NU undergrads and Kellogg MBA candidates collaborated on projects ranging from market entry proposals to profit analyses. Outside of classes, Alex enjoys stand-up comedy, live music, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers. ​
